Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead

A very weird and funny take on arguably Shakespeare’s greatest tragedy Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead is a bizarre mix of Shakespeare’s tragedy Hamlet and Becket’s Waiting for Godot. This surreal and very funny play follows two minor but vital characters from Hamlet who try to figure out what their part in the story is. They play word games and philosophise on the nature of life, and death, while wondering if everything is just some strange play they are part of.
The Leading Player and his ramshackle troupe of actors, who have fallen on hard times, wander through on their way to Elsinore and confuse the situation even more.
