The Widow of Troy is a Greek tragedy telling the story of women after the fall of the city of Troy to the Greeks who came in their thousand ships to rescue Helen. The noble women of Troy wait on the beach with their fallen Queen, Hecuba. We learn of their fate and the fate of her family after the fall. Gods, kings and women explore the cause and the aftermath of war while demonstrating the strength of women.
